At Popping Candy, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece doesn't quite hit the sweet spot, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact to avoid any damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
